01Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Joymeet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. You also accept our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal data is handled, and our Cookie Policy, which explains how cookies are used on the website.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not create an account and do not use the service.

02Who can use Joymeet

Joymeet is for adults only. To use the service, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are legally able to enter into an agreement in the place where you live.
  • You are not barred from using the service under any applicable law or a previous removal from Joymeet.

Each person may hold one personal account. Accounts created for someone else, or for a business, are not permitted. If we learn that someone under 18 has created an account, we may remove it.

03Your account and responsibilities

Your account is personal to you. To keep Joymeet useful and trustworthy for everyone, you agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate information about yourself, including your age.
  • Use recent photos that show you, not someone else.
  • Keep your login details secure and do not share them with anyone.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

You are responsible for activity that happens on your account. If something looks wrong, contact us as soon as you can so we can help.

04Respectful conduct

Good conversations start with respect. Joymeet expects kind and honest communication from every member, whether a chat lasts one message or one month. You agree not to use the service to do any of the following:

  • Harass, bully, threaten or intimidate another person.
  • Post or send hateful content, or target someone because of who they are.
  • Impersonate another person or create a misleading profile.
  • Run scams, or ask other members for money or financial details.
  • Advertise products or services, or send spam and repeated unwanted messages.
  • Share another person's private information without their consent.
  • Send explicit content to anyone who has not agreed to receive it.
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Everyone is free to say no, change their mind or stop a conversation. Pressuring someone after they have done so goes against these terms.

05Reporting and blocking

You are in control of who can contact you. In the app, you can block or report another user at any time, including from within a conversation. You do not need to explain your decision to the other person.

We review reports and may respond with a warning, a restriction on features or removal of an account, depending on the situation. No review process can prevent every problem, so please use good judgment when talking to people online. If you ever feel you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

06Your content and photos

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other material you add to your profile or send in chats ("your content"). To run the service, you give [Company Name] a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store and display your content within Joymeet. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except where we need to keep a copy for legal or safety reasons.

You confirm that you have the right to upload your content and that it follows these terms. Only post photos of yourself, and do not post images of other people without their permission. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

07Free features and optional Premium

The core Joymeet experience is free to start. This includes creating a profile, receiving a daily match and chatting with your matches. Free features may have usage limits, such as limits on likes, chats or matches.

Joymeet Premium is an optional upgrade. Depending on what is available in the app, Premium may include:

  • A distinguished badge on your profile.
  • More likes, chats and matches.
  • The ability to see who has liked your profile.
  • A private album for sharing selected photos.

Premium is never required to use the core experience. Purchases are processed through your device's app store and are governed by [Billing Terms]. Please check the app store listing for current details before you buy.

Premium features may change over time. Nothing on this website is an offer of a specific price or plan.

08Disclaimers and limits of liability

Joymeet is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Joymeet does not guarantee matches, dates, relationships or any particular outcome. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users, online or offline. We do not run criminal background checks on users unless [Company Name] states otherwise in the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Company Name] is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.

09Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app settings. Once deleted, your profile will no longer be shown to other users, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other members at risk or is used unlawfully. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why.

10Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here with a new 17.10.2026. If you keep using Joymeet after an update, that means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws set out in [Governing Law and Jurisdiction].
